تتمثل المصلحة التأمينية للمؤم َّن له في عقود التأمين على الأشخاص بعدم تعرض المؤمن
عليه للخطر المؤمن منه ويشترط توافرها عند انعقاد العقد ولا يشترط توافرها عند تحقق الخطر
المؤمن منه.
