Article text
أ - لا يجوز التأمين ما لم يكن الخطر المؤمن منه محتمل الوقوع.
ب- في حال تعدد أو تعاقب الأخطار التي نتج عنها تحقق الخسارة يعتد بالخطر الذي يعتبر أشد
تأثيرا في وقوع الخسارة حتى ولو لم يكن هذا الخطر مباشرا، ما لم يتم الاتفاق على خلاف ذلك.
