Article text
أ- يلتزم طرفا عقد التأمين بتحديد مدة العقد، وإلا اعتبر العقد ساريا لمدة سنة واحدة، ما لم تدل
طبيعة العقد أو شروطه على سريانه لمدة أخرى.
ب- لطرفي عقد التأمين الاتفاق على تجديد العقد تلقائيا، ما لم يقم أحد الطرفين بإبلاغ الطرف
الآخر رغبته بعدم تجديد العقد أو الاتفاق على خلاف ذلك.
- ج 1 ( - يُقدم طلب تجديد عقد التأمين من المؤم َّن له إلى المؤم ِّن قبل 30 ) ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ
انتهاء مدة العقد.
2 ( - إذا لم يُبلغ المؤم ِّن المؤم َّن له رفضه للطلب المنصوص عليه في البند 1 ) من هذه الفقرة
( خلال مدة 15 ) خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ تبلغه له، يعتبر الطلب مقبولا حكما، ما لم يتم الاتفاق
على خلاف ذلك.
