Article text
( أ- للمؤمن له في عقود التأمين على الحياة أن يطلب إنهاء عقد التأمين خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 30 )
ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ إبرام عقد التأمين، ويلتزم المؤمن بأن يرد للمؤمن له كامل المبالغ
والأقساط التي دفعها محسوما منها مصاريف العقد التي تحملها المؤمن.
( ب إذا قرر المؤمن له إنهاء عقد التأمين على الحياة بعد مضي 30 ) ثلاثين يوما على تاريخ إبرامه،
( فيتوجب عليه إبلاغ المؤمن بذلك ويعتبر العقد منتهيا بانقضاء مدة 15 ) خمسة عشر يوما من
تاريخ التبليغ وتبرأ ذمة المؤمن له في هذه الحالة من الأقساط اللاحقة لتاريخ انتهاء العقد.
