تتم التبليغات المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون بكافة وسائل التبليغ القانونية بما في ذلك ما
يلي:-
أ - تسليمها مباشرة مقابل إيصال تسلم.
ب- البريد المسجل او المستعجل او الخاص.
ج - الفاكس أو أي من الوسائل الإلكترونية المتفق عليها.
