تلتزم شركة التأمين بما يلي: -
أ- إصدار عقد التأمين الإلزامي للمركبة وفق النموذج المعتمد من المحافظ لهذه الغاية.
ب- تعويض المتضرر عن الأضرار التي تسببت بها المركبة المؤمنة لديها تأميناً إلزامياً وفقاً
لأحكام هذا النظام وبنسبة مساهمة المركبة المؤمنة لديها في إحداث الضرر.
