أ- ينشأ في المديرية سجل إلكتروني يوثق بيانات العاملين في المهنة في أي من مؤسسات
القطاع العام أو الخاص.
ب- تقدم طلبات الحصول على ترخيص مزاولة المهنة أو تجديدها وطلبات التصنيف ورقيا او
إلكترونيا على النماذج المعدة لهذه الغاية مرفقا بها الوثائق التي تطلبها المديرية.
ج- للوزير اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتسهيل تقديم طلبات الترخيص وتجديدها وطلبات التصنيف
وتلقي الشكاوى إلكترونيا بما فيها الربط الإلكتروني مع الجهات ذات العلاقة.
