أ- يشترط لمزاولة مهنة فني عمل اجتماعي ان يكون:-
1 - حاصلا على الشهادة الجامعية المتوسطة (الدبلوم) في التخصصات العلمية المنصوص
( عليها في مطلع المادة 6 ) من هذا النظام لفني عمل اجتماعي مختص، وفي التخصصات
( العلمية المنصوص عليها في مطلع المادة 7 ) من هذا النظام لفني عمل اجتماعي مساعد.
2 ( - التحق ببرامج تدريبية مهنية متخصصة تحددها المديرية وتعتمدها اللجنة لا تقل عن 100 ) ساعة
. تدريبية وأن يجتاز بنجاح الاختبارات الخاصة بهذه البرامج
( ب -لا تسري أحكام التصنيف المنصوص عليها في المادتين 6 ) ( و 7 ) من هذا النظام على فني
عمل اجتماعي مختص وفني عمل اجتماعي مساند.
