Article text
أ- على الرغم مما ورد في أي قانون آخر لا يجوز توقيف مقدم الخدمة بجرم ارتكاب خطأ طبي اثناء
مرحلتي التحقيق والمحاكمة .
ب- لا يحول الإجراء المتخذ وفقاً لأحكام الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة دون قيام الجهة المختصة وفقاً
لأحكام التشريعات النافذة بكف يد مقدم الخدمة عن مزاولته لمهنته واتخاذ أي إجراء تأديبي آخر
بحقه في حال صدر قرار قضائي قطعي بعدم مسؤوليته.
