أ- تلتزم شركة التأمين الأجنبية عند بدء عملها في المملكة بتعيين مدير مفوض مقيم في
المملكة متفرغ لممارسة أعمال التأمين باسمها وبالنيابة عنها في المملكة، وتكون مسؤولة
عن جميع أعماله.
ب- على شركة التأمين الأجنبية أن ترفق بقرار تعيين المدير المفوض وثيقة صادرة عنها مصادقاً
عليها حسب الأصول تودع لدى البنك المركزي صورة مصدقة عنها تخوله ممارسة الصلاحيات
اللازمة لإدارة الفرع بما في ذلك ما يلي:-
1 - إصدار عقود التأمين وملاحقها ودفع التعويضات المترتبة عليها.
2 - تمثيل الشركة لدى البنك المركزي وأمام المحاكم المختصة وسائر الجهات الرسمية وغير
. الرسمية فيما يتعلق بأعمال الفرع وإدارته
3 - تبلغ الإنذارات وسائر الإشعارات والمراسلات الموجهة إلى كل من الشركة الأم والفرع.
