أ- تلتزم الجهات الخاضعة لرقابة البنك المركزي وفقاً لأحكام هذا القانون والتعليمات الصادرة
بمقتضاه القائمة عند نفاذ أحكامه بتوفيق أوضاعها وفقاً لأحكام هذا القانون خلال المدة التي
تحددها التعليمات الصادرة لهذه الغاية.
ب- تعتبر كل من شركات التأمين ومقدمي الخدمات التأمينية المرخصين قبل نفاذ أحكام هذا
القانون مرخصين حكماً لدى البنك المركزي شريطة توفيق أوضاعهم وفق أحكام هذا القانون
والأنظمة والتعليمات والقرارات الصادرة بمقتضاه خلال المدة التي يحددها البنك المركزي لهذه
الغاية، وبخلاف ذلك يلغى ترخيص شركة التأمين أو مقدم الخدمة التأمينية.
