على شركة التأمين خلال ثلاثين يوماً من تاريخ منحها الترخيص أن تعتمد اكتوارياً للوفاء
بالمتطلبات ذات العلاقة بالأمور الاكتوارية الخاصة بعمل شركة التأمين المنصوص عليها في
هذا القانون والأنظمة والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه.
