أ- تطبق أحكام هذا القانون والأنظمة والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه على الشركة المعفاة
والشركة المقيدة وشركة إعادة التأمين بقدر انطباقها عليها ووفقاً لما تحدده تعليمات تصدر
لهذه الغاية.
ب- تحدد بنظام الأحكام الخاصة بترخيص شركة التأمين الأجنبية غير العاملة في المملكة.
