من هذا القانون عند نفاذ أحكامه أن تفصل فيما بين استثمارات ومخصصات كل نوع منهما وأن
تخصص جهازاً فنياً منفصلاً لكل منهما، وفق الشروط والمحددات الواردة في تعليمات تصدر
لهذه الغاية.
