لشركة التأمين بموافقة خطية مسبقة من البنك المركزي تحويل عقود التأمين التي أبرمتها
بجميع حقوقها والتزاماتها إلى شركة تأمين أخرى تمارس فرع التأمين ذاته، دونما حاجة للحصول
على موافقة المؤمن لهم والمستفيدين شريطة مراعاة أي شروط وقيود تقترن بتلك الموافقة
وللمؤمن لهم الحق في طلب فسخ عقد التأمين مقابل استرداد نسبة من قسط التأمين تتناسب
مع المدة المتبقية من العقد .
