Insurance Business Regulation Law No. 12 of 2021

( يترتب على قرار وقف الترخيص أو إلغائه لفرع أو أكثر من فروع التأمين وفقاً لأحكام البند 16 ) من
( الفقرة )ب( من المادة 42 ) من هذا القانون ما يلي:-
أ- منع شركة التأمين من إبرام عقود التأمين في ذلك الفرع.
ب- بقاء جميع الحقوق والالتزامات الناشئة عن عقود أبرمت قبل وقف الترخيص أو إلغائه صحيحة
وسارية المفعول واستمرار مسؤولية شركة التأمين عنها.
