Insurance Business Regulation Law No. 12 of 2021
Article text
( إذا تقرر اتخاذ أي من الاجراءات أو العقوبات وفقاً لأحكام المادتين 42 ) ( و 45 ) من هذا القانون،
فتراعى الأحكام التالية:-
أ- لكل ذي مصلحة الطعن في ذلك القرار أمام المحكمة الإدارية خلال ثلاثين يوما من صدوره.
ب- إن صدور ذلك القرار لا يمنع من قيام المسؤولية المدنية والجزائية وفقاً لأحكام التشريعات
النافذة.
ج- لا يترتب على الطعن وفقا لأحكام هذه المادة وقف تنفيذ القرار، ما لم تقرر المحكمة خلاف
ذلك .
