إذا قدم المصفي طلبا إلى المحكمة المختصة لإلقاء حجز احتياطي أو لاتخاذ أي من الإجراءات
الاحتياطية أو المستعجلة وفق أحكام التشريعات النافذة، فيعفى من إرفاق كفالة مع طلبه في
حال الموافقة عليه.
