أ- يلتزم وكيل الإعسار بتصفية أموال ذمة الإعسار وحقوقها خلال مدة سنة من تاريخ بدء مرحلة
التصفية وإلا يسقط تعيينه ويفقد حقه في تقاضي أتعابه ويعد مسؤولا عن رد أي مبالغ كان قد
قبضها ما لم تقرر المحكمة خلاف ذلك.
ب- للمحكمة أن تمنح وكيل الإعسار مهلة إضافية لا تتجاوز الشهرين لمرتين حدا أعلى بناء على
أسباب مبررة.
