Article text
أ- لا يجوز أن تمس خطة إعادة التنظيم حقوق الدائنين أصحاب الحقوق المضمونة .
ب- إذا تضمنت الخطة أي تغيير أو تقليل من حقوق الدائنين أصحاب الحقوق المضمونة يجب أن
توضح طريقة ومقدار تغيير الحقوق أو تقليلها ومدة التأخير الحاصل في تنفيذ تحصيل الديون
المضمونة.
ج- لا تعتبر الإجراءات المنصوص عليها في الفقرة (ب) من هذه المادة ملزمة للمدينين أصحاب
الحقوق المضمونة ما لم يوافقوا عليها جميعهم.
د- للدائنين أصحاب الحقوق المضمونة التصويت على الخطة اذا كانت تؤثر على حقوقهم
وتعتبر الخطة التي صوتوا عليها ملزمة لهم إذا تمت الموافقة عليها.
