. أ- تتم الموافقة على خطة إعادة التنظيم بالأغلبية المطلقة من إجمالي الديون
( ب- إذا تضمنت خطة إعادة التنظيم تخفيضاً أكثر من 50 ) من الديون أو إعادة جدولة ديون %
لمدة تتجاوز خمس سنوات فيجب أن يوافق عليها الدائنون الذين خفضت ديونهم أو تم تأجيلها
( بأغلبية 60 ) على الأقل من إجمالي ديونهم. %
ج- إذا تضمنت خطة إعادة التنظيم معاملة مجموعة من الدائنين من ضمن الفئة ذاتها معاملة
تفضيلية، فيجب أن يوافق عليها بشكل مستقل أغلبية الدائنين الذين سيلحقهم ضرر من منح
هذه المعاملة التفضيلية.
