أ- للدائنين الذين اعترضوا على خطة إعادة التنظيم وفق الإجراءات المنصوص عليها في المادة
( 92 ) من هذا القانون وللمدين استئناف قرار الموافقة على الخطة أو رفضها بعد استكمال
. إجراءات الاعتراض
ب- يجب تقديم الاستئناف خطيا خلال مدة عشرة أيام من تاريخ إشهار قرار المحكمة حول
الاعتراض في سجل الإعسار وعلى محكمة الاستئناف البت في الاستئناف خلال مدة عشرة ايام
من تاريخ وروده لها ويكون قرارها في هذا الشأن قطعيا.
ج- لا يوقف الاستئناف نفاذ خطة إعادة التنظيم ما لم تقرر محكمة الاستئناف خلاف ذلك.
