في اليمين
الفصل الاول
اليمين الحاسمة
1 - اليمين الحاسمة هي التي يوجهها أحد المتداعين لخصمه ليحسم بها النزاع.
2 - ويجوز للمحكمة من تلقاء نفسها ان تفهم الخصم ان من حقه توجيه اليمين في حال عجز
احد طرفي الدعوى عن اثبات دعواه
او دفعه.
