Article 28 of Cybercrime Law No. 17 of 2023
Article text
تضاعف العقوبات المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون في الأحوال التالية:-
أ-إذا ارتكب الجاني جريمته مستغلا وظيفته أو عمله أو صلاحياته الممنوحة له.
ب - إذا تعدد المجني عليهم.
ج- إذا تكرر ارتكاب أي من الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون.
د- إذا ارتكب الجاني جريمته لمصلحة دولة أجنبية أو تنظيم غير مشروع.
