Article text
يعفى من الضريبة في الحدود وبالشروط والاوضاع التي تحددها التعليمات التنفيذية ما يلي:
أ- العينات التي تستهلك في اغراض التحليل بالمختبرات شريطةان تكون كمياتها في حدود
متطلبات التحليل وفق الاصول الفنية
المعتمدة.
ب- الاشياء الشخصية المجردة من أية صفة تجارية كالنياشين والميداليات والجوائز الرياضية
. والعلمية
ج- المواد التي ترد من خارج المملكة كبدل تالف او ناقص عن ارساليات سبق توريدها او رفض
قبولها وحصلت الضريبة عليها
كاملة في حينها بشرط ان تتحقق دائرة الجمارك من صفتها هذه.
د- الامتعة الشخصية الخاصة بالمسافرين القادمين من الخارج، كما يعفى الاثاث المستعمل
بالنسبة او بالشرط المنصوص عليها
في قانون الجمارك المعمول به للقادمين للاقامة الدائمة في المملكة.
هـ- السلع والخدمات التي دفعت الضريبة عليها وصدرت للخارج ولم ترد الضريبة عليها ثم اعيد
استيرادها بذاتها خلال المدة المحددة
في قانون الجمارك، بشرط ان تتحقق دائرة الجمارك في ذلك.
