( يلغى )قانون الضمان الاجتماعي رقم 19 ( لسنــة 2001 ) والجداول الملحقة به وما طرأ عليه من
تعديل على
أن يستمر العمل بالأنظمة والتعليمات بما لا يتعارض مع أحكام هذا القانون إلى أن يتم استبدال
غيرها بها وفقاً
لأحكامه خلال مدة لا تتجاوز سنة واحدة من تاريخ نفاذ أحكام هذا القانون.
