Article text
أ- تلتزم المنشأة بتوفير شروط ومعايير السلامة والصحة المهنية وأدواتها في مواقع العمل وفقاً
لأحكام التشريعات
النافذة.
ب-إذا ثبت للمؤسسة أن إصابة العمل وقعت بسبب مخالفة المنشأة لما ورد في الفقرة (أ) من
هذه المادة فتتحمل
( المنشأة جميع تكاليف العناية الطبية الواردة في المادة 26 ) من هذا القانون التي دفعتها
المؤسسة.
