( أ- يعتمد الجدول رقم 2 ) الملحق بهذا القانون لتحديد نسبة العجز الدائم الناشئ عن إصابة
العمل بقرار من
المرجع الطبي، وإذا لم يرد سبب العجز أو نسبته في الجدول المذكور فيتم تحديد سببه وتقدير
نسبته بقرار من
المرجع الطبي.
ب- لمجلس الوزراء بناء على تنسيب المجلس المستند إلى توصية المرجع الطبي إعادة النظر
في الجدول رقم
( 2 ) الملحق بهذا القانون.
