( مع مراعاة ما ورد في الفقرة )هـ( من المادة 27 ) من هذا القانون لا يحق للمصاب أو لورثته أو
للمستحقين عنه
الرجوع على المنشأة للمطالبة بأي تعويض خلاف التعويضات الواردة في هذا القانون وذلك
فيما يتعلق بإصابات
العمل، إلا إذا كانت الإصابة ناشئة عن خطأ جسيم من المنشأة.
