إذا وقعت إصابة العمل بفعل الغير تبقى مسؤولية المؤسسة قائمـــة تجــاه المصاب المؤمن
عليه وللمؤسسة الرجـوع
على الغير للمطالبة بكامـل ما دفعته من تكاليف العناية الطبية المنصوص عليها في المادة
( 26 ) من هـذا القانون
( والبدلات اليومية المنصوص عليهـا في المادة 29 ) منه، وذلك وفقاً للأنظمة الصادرة بمقتضى
أحكام هذا القانون.
