للمؤمن عليها الانتفاع من تأمين الأمومة وفقاً للمدد المحددة في قانون العمل النافذ شريطة ما
يلي:-
أ-أن تكون مشمولة بأحكام هذا التأمين خلال الأشهر الستة الأخيرة التي تسبق استحقاقها إجازة
الأمومة أو أن يكون لها ستة اشتراكات متصلة أو متقطعة في هذا التأمين في الاثني عشر شهراً التي
تسبق استحقاقها هذه الإجازة .
ب-أن تثبت الولادة بشهادة رسمية.
