أ- يبدأ صرف بدل التعطل عن العمل للمؤمن عليه اعتبارا من أول الشهر التالي للشهر الذي
تقدم خلاله المؤمن
عليه بطلب صرف هذا البدل.
ب- لا يصرف بدل التعطل عن الشهر الذي أنهيت فيه خدمة المتعطل عن العمل.
