أ-لا يجوز الجمع بين بدل التعطل عن العمل وبدل إجازة الأمومة ويتم صرف البدل الأكثر.
ب- لا يجوز الجمع بين بدل التعطل عن العمل وتعويض الدفعة الواحدة الذي يصرف وفقا لأحكام
المادة
( 70 ) ( من هذا القانون، وفي حال استحقاق هذا التعويض تتبع الإجراءات الواردة في المادة 57 )
