-: على الرغم من أي نص آخر، لا يصرف بدل التعطل عن العمل أو أي جزء منه في الحالات التالية
أ-للمؤمن عليه الأردني إذا أصبح رصيد حسابه الادخاري قبل مدة استحقاقه لبدل التعطل او
خلالها مديناً
بأكثر من ثلاثة أضعاف متوسط الأجر الذي احتسبت الاشتراكات على أساسه خلال الستة وثلاثين
اشتراكاً
الأخيرة شريطة أن لا يكون تخلف المنشأة عن دفع الاشتراكات سبباً في هذا الرصيد المدين.
ب- للمؤمن عليه غير الأردني إذا لم يكن له رصيد دائن في حسابه الادخاري.
