إذا انتهت خدمة المؤمن عليه في أي يوم من الشهر لإكمال السن الموجبة لاستحقاق راتب تقاعد
الشيخوخة او
راتب تقاعد الشيخوخة الوجوبي أو ثبوت العجز أو وقوع الوفاة، فتستحق أي من الرواتب التالية
على أساس كامل
مدة الشهر:-
أ- راتب تقاعد الشيخوخة.
ب- راتب تقاعد الشيخوخة الوجوبي.
ج- راتب تقاعد الوفاة الطبيعية أو راتب تقاعد الوفاة الناشئة عن إصابة العمل.
د- راتب اعتلال العجز الكلي الطبيعي الدائم أو راتب اعتلال العجز الجزئي الطبيعي الدائم.
