أ- تلتزم المؤسسة بتحويل المبالغ التالية إلى هذا الحساب:-
1 -المبالغ التي استوفتها من القوات المسلحة الأردنية والأجهزة الأمنية لغايات تأمين المؤمن
عليهم العسكريين من تاريخ 1 / 1 / 2003 ولغاية تاريخ سريان احكام هذا القانون مع عوائدها
الاستثمارية.
2 -المبالغ التي استوفتها من القطاع العام من غير القوات المسلحة الأردنية والأجهزة الأمنية
لغايات تأمين
المؤمن عليهم من تاريخ شمولهم ولغاية تاريخ سريان أحكام هذا القانون مع عوائدها
الاستثمارية.
ب- تقوم المؤسسة بخصم أي حقوق تأمينية تم صرفها للمؤمن عليهم الوارد ذكرهم في
الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة.
