المادة 10 -
العلامات الجماعیة
1 ( - یجوز للمسجل تسجیل علامھ جماعیة اذا انطبق علیھا الوصف المحدد في الفقرة 1 ) ( من المادة 7 ) من ھذا
القانون ، وتعتبر من
جمیع الوجوه علامة تجاریة خاصة للشخص الاعتباري المسجلة باسمھ.
2 - لا یجوز نقل ملكیة العلامة الجماعیة او اعادة تسجیلھا بعد شطبھا او التخلي عن استعمالھا الا باسم الشخص
الاعتباري
المسجلة باسمھ اصلا او باسم خلفھ القانوني.
3 - یجوز تسجیل علامة لغایات غیر تجاریة كالشعار الذي تتخذه ھیئة ذات نفع عام او تستعملھ مؤسسة مھنیة لتمییز
مراسلاتھا
او لیكون شارة لاعضائھا وتعامل مثل ھذه العلامة معاملة العلامة الجماعیة.
4 - تحدد شروط تسجیل العلامات الجماعیة وسائر الامور التنظیمیة المتعلقة بھا بموجب تعلیمات یصدرھا الوزیر لھذه
الغایة
