Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law No. 23 of 2016
Article text
أ يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن سنة وبغرامة لا تقل عن -
الفي دينار ولا تزيد على ثلاثة الاف دينار كل من جلب او
انتج او استورد او صدر او خزن او نقل أو اخرج من اقليم
المملكة أيا من المستحضرات في غير الحالات المسموح
. بها بمقتضى التشريعات المعمول بها
ب- يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ستة اشهر وبغرامة لا
تقل عن خمسمائة دينار ولا تزيد على الف دينار كل من حاز
او احرز او سلم او تسلم او تعامل بالمستحضرات في غير
الحالات المسموح بها بمقتضى التشريعات المعمول بها.
