أ- على مؤلف او ناشر أي كتاب يطبع او ينشر في المملكة ان يودع نسخة منه لدى الهيئة .
ب- اذا تبين للمدير ان الكتاب المطبوع في المملكة يتضمن ما يخالف احكام التشريعات
النافذة فله بقرار من المحكمة مصادرته ومنعه من التـــداول.
