أ- تعتبر رسالة المعلومات وسيلة من وسائل التعبير عن الإرادة المقبولة قانوناً لإبداء الإيجاب أو
القبول بقصد إنشاء التزام تعاقدي.
ب- يكون للمعلومات الإلكترونية والسجل الإلكتروني اللذين تنطبق عليهما الشروط الواردة
في هذا القانون حجية الأسناد الخطية.
