يستأثر منتجو التسجيلات الصوتية وفنانو الاداء بحق الاذاعة او النقل الى الجمهور سلكيا او
لاسلكيا لتسجيلاتهم الصوتية
او ادائهم المثبت شريطة ان يكون البث رقميا وان لا يكون مجاناً 0
