( كل من خالف أياً من أحكام المواد ، 41 ، 39 ، 38 42 ) من هذا القانون يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن
خمسمائة دينار ولا تزيد عن
الف دينار ، ولا يعفيه الحكم عليه بهذه العقوبة من تنفيذ الاحكام المنصوص عليها في تلك
المواد.
