Occupational Licensing within Greater Amman Municipality Law No. 11 of 2022
Article text
( أ- يلغى قانون رخص المهن لمدينة عمان رقم 20 ) لسنة 1985 على أن يستمر العمل بأحكام
( المادة 11 ) ( منه الى أن تصدر التعليمات المشار إليها في المادة 4 ) من هذا القانون، كما يستمر
( العمل بالجدول رقم 1 ) ( الملحق به إلى أن يصدر النظام المنصوص عليه في المادة 18 ) من هذا
القانون.
( ب- يلغى قانون رسوم خدمات المكاتب المهنية لمدينة عمان رقم 7 ) لسنة 1977 على أن
يستمر استيفاء رسوم المكاتب المهنية وفقاً لأحكامه الى أن يصدر النظام المنصوص عليه في
( المادة 18 ) من هذا القانون.
ج- يستمر العمل بالأنظمة والتعليمات والقرارات الصادرة بمقتضى القانونين المشار اليهما في
الفقرتين (أ) و(ب) من هذه المادة، الى أن تلغى أو تعدل أو يستبدل غيرها بها وفقا لأحكام هذا
القانون.
