اذا كان الكاتب العدل يجهل لغة أحد من ذوي العلاقة فيكلف مترجماً بترجمة بياناته ويستمع
اليها في حضور ذوي العلاقة.
وعليه أن يدرج ما ذكر في الاوراق التي ينظمها او يصدق عليها وله أن يقدر أجور المترجم ويأمر
صاحب العلاقة بدفعها اليه.
