يجري اللعان بأن يقسم الرجل أربع أيمان باالله إنه صادق فيما رمى زوجته به
من الزنا أو نفي الولد والخامسة أن لعنة االله عليه إن كان من الكاذبين
وتقسم المرأة أربع أيمان باالله إنـه لمن الكـاذبين والخامسة أن غضب االله
عليها إن كان من الصادقين.
