( أ- يقدم في التعصيب الأولى جهة حسب الترتيب الوارد في الفقرة ) أ ( من المادة 297 ) من هذا
القانون ثم الأقرب درجة إلى المتوفى عند اتحاد الجهـة ثم الأقوى قرابة عند التساوي في الدرجة.
ب- يشترك العصبات في استحقاق الإرث عند اتحادهم في الجهة وتساويهم فــي الدرجة والقوة.
