إذا وقع العقد فاسداً ولم يتم به دخول لا يفيد حكماً أصلا ولا يرتب أثرا ، أما
إذا تم به دخول فيلزم به المهر والعدة ويثبت به النسب وحرمة المصاهرة
ولا تلزم به بقية الأحكام كالإرث والنفقة.
