إذا عجز الزوج عن الإنفاق على زوجته وطلبت الزوجة نفقة لـها يحكم بها
القاضي من يوم الطلب على أن تكون ديناً في ذمته ويأذن للزوجة أن
تنفق من مالها أو أن تسـتدين على حساب الزوج .
