أ- يصدر مجلس الوزراء الأنظمة اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون.
ب- يصدر الوزير التعليمات اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون بما فيها تحديد مدة التزام المزود
بتأمين خدمات ما بعد البيع أو قطع الغيار.
