تحدد بمقتضى تعليمات يصدرها مجلس الوزراء بناء على تنسيب الهيئة الدرجة الوظيفية
للموظف المعين بموجب أحكام هذا النظام وذلك لغايات نظام التأمين الصحي المدني
ونظام الانتقال والسفر.
